Delivery within LAGOS State is the same day (withn 24hrs of order).

Delivery outside LAGOS State is between 24hrs - 42hrs of order.

Return Policy

wakawakanigeria.com currently has a return policy of 2 days from the date of delivery. If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request a refund as long as it meets our conditions. However please note that returns or replacements may not be available in the following cases, and not limited to:

1. Damages due to misuse of the product
2. Any consumable item which has been used or installed
3. Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
4. Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
5. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
6. Items with No Returns policy

Returning An Item

You can initiate a return within 2 days of receiving items.

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging without any damage to the item, accessories, carton or packaging.

We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
